Travel Advisor with Dutch

Job description

• Responding to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail (outbound and inbound)
• Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
• Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude

Requirements

• Dutch language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
• Availability to work from office in Katowice from Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm
• Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred
